Community Programs is a program office within Health Services Administration, a division under the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS). Community Program’s mission is to improve health equity and providing supportive services to vulnerable residents, including those experiencing homelessness, justice-involved (JI) individuals, and high-need patients.
