Order Management Specialist

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for creating, distributing, and maintaining internal and external work/job orders. They support manufacturing operations by coordinating and maintaining accurate work order information, ensuring updates are communicated in a timely manner to meet operational requirements.

This role provides cross-functional support to the Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering departments. They collaborate with these teams on project costing and quotations, coordinating material and parts availability, and reviewing technical drawings to ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications.

This position requires flexibility and may involve various shifts and overtime hours depending on the scope of work and operational requirements.
