Maintenance Technician

Legacy is seeking a dependable and skilled Full -Time Maintenance Technician to support a 98-unit, market-rate community in Howell, MI. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning property for our residents. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the property, including grounds maintenance, unit repairs, and timely completion of work orders.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsive, and committed to delivering high-quality service. This position requires flexibility, including availability for on-call shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours. Work will be performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications
