Overview
This is a remote, field-based Outside Sales position. You'll spend most of your time traveling throughout your assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects in person, while also building relationships over the phone. Your primary focus will be developing long-term client partnerships, growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding each customer's use of our products and services to increase sales.
Key Job Responsibilities
Meet with customers and prospects within assigned territory Manage current clients and increase revenue within assigned Book of Business. Build customer relationships through development and implementation of sales/marketing plans. Communicate to/work with management to resolve unique customer concerns/issues. Provide support for overflow customer service needs and supporting consumer issues to drive client satisfaction.
Drive transactions with support from customer leasing agents and operations teams. Collaborate with internal groups to ensure sustained growth and account management. Schedule regular in-person and virtual meetings with customers to facilitate account growth and retention. Match services with customer needs. Demonstrate knowledge of In Home programs, customers, industry, competition, and pricing.
Partner with Branches to maximize efficiencies and develop market strategies and action plans. Maintain data in the CRM. Schedule on-site appointments, follow-ups, and maintain accurate contact information. Monitor and analyze industry trends. Market to competitive landscape and communicate information to group leadership to assist in the evaluation of sales strategy and long-term planning.
Provide outbound marketing support and client communications to drive Consumer referral business. Manage execution of marketing campaigns and specials, direct mail, digital strategies, and fulfillment. Manage referral/loyalty programs. Sign up new agents. Drive business through management of referral programs. Other duties as assigned.
