1. Enterprise Software Configuration and Implementation Configure and implement enterprise software products to align with organizational requirements. Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and processes.
2. Enterprise software’s Change Request Management Drive change requests related to system configurations and processes. Verify the impact of proposed changes on existing processes and system functionality.
3. Solution Design and Customization Design, customize, and implement enterprise software solutions tailored to meet clients' specific needs. Write functional specifications for the development team to ensure accurate system enhancements.
4. Functional Knowledge Stewardship Safeguard the functional knowledge of the enterprise software solution, encompassing both process and system aspects. Act as a data governor for master data and transactional data within the functional area
5. Process Improvement for enterprise software Actively contribute to improvement initiatives for enterprise software, operation application leveraging a detailed understanding of existing processes and systems.
6. Lead the development and implementation of solution roadmaps to ensure successful technology introductions throughout the organization and with external customers.
7. SAP application support as part of business-as-usual activities
8. Collaborate within IT BP team to deliver E2E business processes that will result in an improvement of business performance and process efficiency
9. Manage applications roadmap within own areas to ensure that business capabilities are supported by right application and solution
