The College Graduate Leadership Program at Quick Quack Car Wash is a year-long journey designed to support your personal and professional development as you step into a leadership role. The program begins with an immersive training period where you'll gain a deep understanding of the car wash industry, preventative maintenance, time management, accountability, and effective team leadership.

Throughout the training period, you will have dedicated support from mentors, peers, and coaches. You'll also explore the kind of leader you want to become, with guidance and support every step of the way.
