At No. Gigiddy, you'll keep projects on track, processes organized, and the team moving efficiently across a fast-paced remote environment. No degree required — just exceptional organization, clear communication, and a bias toward getting things done.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate projects and workflows across departments — content, marketing, partnerships, and support Maintain project management tools and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and closed Schedule and facilitate team meetings — set agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items Identify process inefficiencies and help implement improvements Manage internal documentation — SOPs, templates, and company wikis Handle vendor and contractor onboarding and offboarding logistics Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and operational tasks REQUIREMENTS No degree required Exceptional organizational skills — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch Strong written and verbal communication across a remote team Proficient with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Click.
