Clinician | Walpole, Massachusetts About the Organization Resilience Behavioral Health is a client-centered behavioral health treatment organization committed to treating the core issues underlying mental health and substance use conditions. Their programs span Residential, Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and standard Outpatient levels of care, with a strong foundation in co-occurring disorder treatment.

Their therapeutic approach draws on a wide range of evidence-based and holistic modalities, and they serve a broad and diverse population including veterans, healthcare workers, first responders, college students, new parents, and working professionals. The Opportunity Resilience Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician to join their clinical team in Walpole, MA.

This is a full-time, onsite, day-shift role well suited for a clinician who is comfortable providing both individual and group therapy in a structured treatment setting and is committed to delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care.

What You'll Do

Provide individual and group therapy within a structured clinical treatment setting Apply evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care approaches throughout client work Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members to support positive outcomes Requirements Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT) or license-eligible status 1-2 years of experience providing individual and group therapy in a structured treatment setting Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Benefits Schedule and Compensation Schedule: Full-time, onsite, days Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually Paid time off Health Insurance Stipend This opportunity is posted by Atlantic Health Strategies on behalf of Resilience Behavioral Health in Walpole, Massachusetts
