Job description
We’re seeking a Channel Team Lead to join our dynamic Delivery Stations. Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily ICQA activities including cycle counts, audits, and investigations.
- Analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
- Monitor and report key metrics (e.g., accuracy, defects, adjustments)
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards •Own training plans for new hires and existing associates.
- Track and improve training completion, effectiveness, and knowledge retention
- Experience managing teams
- Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement
- Experience in logistics
