Responsibilities include
greeting and assisting guests, providing information about the facility and services, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bath and common areas. The host monitors guest usage, ensures compliance with safety protocols, and addresses inquiries or concerns promptly. In addition to guest-facing duties, the host supports daily operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and coordinating with maintenance when needed.
The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to create a positive and seamless experience for all visitors.
