The Director of MCO & Market Access leads Altivera Medical’s commercial payer strategy to expand patient access, improve reimbursement, strengthen order-to-shipment conversion, and support profitable growth. The role connects payer policy, contracting, reimbursement intelligence, claims performance, and field execution so market access priorities translate into measurable commercial outcomes.
ANNUAL SALARY: $185,000 to $210,000 plus Bonus
