We're looking for an ambitious, analytical and commercially minded Commercial Executive to join our growing team in Japan.

What You'll Do

Working closely with local and international teams, you'll help drive commercial growth by: Supporting commercial projects and business initiatives Analysing sales, customer and market data to identify opportunities Monitoring competitor activity and market trends Supporting product launches and marketing campaigns Managing customer and partnership programmes Coordinating events, training and educational initiatives Producing reports and insights to support business decisions What We're Looking For Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confidence working with data and reporting Strong communication and relationship-building skills Fluent English and Japanese, both written and spoken Commercial awareness and a desire to learn and develop Experience in sales support, marketing, business operations or commercial analysis would be advantageous but is not essential.
