About the Role
We are seeking a passionate ABA Clinical Case Manager who is actively pursuing certification and eager to grow into a confident, skilled clinician. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced BCBAs, gaining hands-on experience while helping children and families reach meaningful, lasting progress. What This Role Represents This is more than a clinical training role—it’s a leadership development opportunity.
As an ABA Clinical Case Manager at Odyssey Autism, you will: Own Your Role by taking initiative in learning, data collection, and client progress Defend the Fellowship by collaborating with and supporting your team Yearn for Excellence by actively seeking feedback and refining your clinical skills Show Up Steadfast by being dependable and present for clients and families Yell “You’ve Got This!
” by uplifting and empowering caregivers Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Assist with assessments and individualized treatment planning Collect, track, and analyze client data Collaborate with caregivers and RBTs to ensure consistent care Participate in supervision, training, and professional development Requirements Master’s degree (or final semester) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Actively pursuing BCBA certification and supervision hours RBT certification preferred, not required Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Passion for supporting children with autism and their families Compensation & Benefits Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually Supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs Clear pathway to BCBA role upon certification Paid training and CEU opportunities Flexible scheduling options Health, dental, and vision benefits (for eligible employees) A supportive, mission-driven culture focused on growth and compassion Join Our Odyssey If you’re ready to grow into a confident clinician while making a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you.
