Community Growth Specialist (Contract)

We are looking for a Community Growth Specialist with a passion for brand advocacy and community engagement to join our team. As a Community Growth Specialist at Favor, you are the face of the brand. Your primary responsibility will be to drive brand awareness and generate new customers through community partnerships and local events.

You will engage directly with potential customers in the community, educating them on the value of Favor's on-demand delivery services. This role requires a dynamic individual who can pivot seamlessly between selling, meet & greets, and brand representation. You will partner with the Sales & Marketing leadership teams to execute localized strategies that grow our customer base and solidify Favor's presence in the Austin market.
