High School graduate or equivalent plus one-year experience in construction inspection which should be in road or bridge construction inspection. The following certification are highly preferred: CTQP Asphalt Paving 1 CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level 1 CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level 1
