Associate OSHA Officer (61034282)

Serves as the County Safety Representative for Pickens Maintenance Facilities to detect safety hazards in work operations, in buildings, with machinery and related equipment and on the roadway. Protects employees from potentially hazardous chemicals, machine tools, and processes. Ensures that facilities and grounds are in compliance with OSHA regulations.

Inspects work zones to ensure that traffic control applications for work zones on the roadways are in proper compliance. Ensures the "Personal Protective Equipment" (PPE) policy is met in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
