School Counselor (EX)(2026-2027) -Mount De Sales Academy, Catonsville MD

The School Counselor provides a comprehensive program that supports students’ academic, spiritual, personal, social, and career development at Mount de Sales Academy.

Responsibilities include

implementing the counseling curriculum, conducting individual and group sessions, supporting staff and parents, and making referrals to outside resources as needed. The counselor must have strong communication and organizational skills and demonstrate commitment to the school’s mission. This role requires close collaboration with administration and a dedication to integrating Catholic values into student development.

The counselor is expected to model Gospel values, maintain professionalism, and respect the dignity of all students while fostering a Christ-centered environment.
