Find a job you’ll love today! Position Purpose: The Assistant – Training Proctor provides administrative and operational support to training classes by monitoring attendance, maintaining reports, supporting trainers and trainees, and ensuring smooth daily training operations. Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to US Trainers by: Maintaining training trackers and schedules. Recording attendance and preparing training reports. Supporting email communications and training documentation.
  • Monitor learner attendance by: Tracking attendance daily. Calling learners who are NCNS (No Call, No Show) or MIA (Missing in Action) to verify their status. Documenting absences and sending outreach emails when required.
  • Monitor camera compliance by: Ensuring learners remain on camera during training. Following up with learners who are not camera-compliant. Auditing learner photos during training to verify identity and help prevent fraudulent attendance.
  • Provide technical support by: Performing basic troubleshooting. Assisting with Workday password resets, MFA concerns, and basic system issues. Creating, monitoring, and following up on IT support tickets through resolution.
  • Support payroll administration by: Maintaining accurate attendance and timekeeping records. Tracking trainer and learner attendance used for payroll processing. Ensuring payroll-related documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with the Training, IT, HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure training activities run smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and training records while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Support multiple training classes by providing rotating coverage across assigned classes throughout the shift.

Qualifications

  • At least Highschool graduate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Exceptional motivational, interpersonal and customer service skills; Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to speak in front of medium to large sized groups of people
