- Define and propose integrated ELM solutions covering customer processes, ensuring strategic alignment and technical feasibility
- Collect, formalize, and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical and functional specifications for ELM systems
- Design system architecture addressing data management, process automation, integration with systems like PLM/ERP/MES, and scalability for future requirements
- Oversee implementation phases, including stakeholder communication, technical governance, risk mitigation, and delivery to the business roadmap
- Facilitate workshops, blueprinting sessions, and user acceptance testing with customers to ensure adoption and change management
- Mentor consulting teams, lead presales activities (demos, effort estimation), and support sales with solution options and implementation proposals
- Work with Product Management and R&D to bring field specific improvements into product roadmaps
- Review and establish quality improvement process in the entire implementation lifecycle
- Actively contribute to the culture of this dynamic team QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- 4 to 7 Years of Experience in PLM / ERP Implementation and Solution Architecture
- Post Graduation or Graduation in computer science or mechanical engineering COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Technical/Functional Competencies
- At least 4 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, technical consultant, or in similar roles, ideally in an enterprise software implementation environment
- Good understanding of Engineering Process and Workflows in typical manufacturing companies
- Hands-on consulting experience with PLM / ERP or an enterprise software implementation, integration, and roll out
- Strong English skills, written and spoken. Proven ability to communicate with a range of people of different technical and experience levels and the ability to be self-directed as well as to work in a team
- General knowledge and experience in distributed collaborative multi-tiered enterprise applications
- Experience on following technologies is expected o Web application development technologies like Java, JS, spring boot, Perl, XML, XSLT o Storage infrastructure like SAN / NAS / NFS etc. o Authentication and email systems – LDAP / SMTP o Relational database – Oracle, Postgres etc. o Cloud technologies o Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning o Operating Systems – Linux and Windows
- Production use of Git, GitLab, GitHub or Azure DevOps
- Good understanding of process related software tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
- Familiarity with CAE process and tools will be an advantage
- Understanding of High-Performance Computing and queuing systems like SLURM
- Strong problem-solving skills
