Job description
The Carrier Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the safe, compliant, and risk-aligned carrier onboarding and ongoing management of outside carrier partners. This role ensures all carriers meet HYWAY Transportation’s regulatory, insurance, safety, and internal compliance standards while protecting the brokerage from fraud, cargo theft, and operational risk.
The position partners closely with Operations, Brokerage, and external carrier partners to maintain accurate records, enforce compliance requirements, and support scalable operational execution.
