Develop production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry. Develop and improve technical mastery skills in different areas, the content is determined by the Manufacturing Academy Work on Process Control and TPM Network with other graduates engineers and build a network in the company Support experienced roles in daily tasks Drive projects to support product supply improvements and deliverables Monitor production processes and work methods; and collect, compile, and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes Experience and qualification requirements A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering/Mechatronic/Supply Chain Management /Data Science/IT or equivalent Outstanding academic achievement is an advantage Excellent level of English and local language Enthusiastic, passionate and curious person who demonstrates the ability to be team-players who can contribute to our ongoing success Skills and Competencies Problem solving skills Communication skills Teamwork Attention to detail Delivery with quality and speed Flexibility Safety Awareness Learning Agility Established Mechanical skills Technical Skills What We Can Offer You Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
