People & Culture Operations Expert (human)

To strengthen our People & Culture team, we are looking for an experienced People & Culture Operations Expert (f/m/d) who lives operational excellence, further develops HR services, and acts as a subject matter expert for our HR processes and our HR system Hi. Bob. In this role, you will be the central interface between HR Operations, managers, and employees.

You will ensure a high level of service quality, optimize processes, and actively develop our HR operations landscape. MISSION & CHALLENGES

• Ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensuring efficient HR services across the entire employee lifecycle
• Acting as the central point of contact for managers and employees on HR operational topics
• Functional ownership of the HR system Hi. Bob (configuration, optimization, data quality)
• Analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes
• Preparation of reports and close collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners
• Contribution to HR projects such as process automation and system enhancements WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWARD TO
• Several years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Services
• Strong hands-on experience with the HR system Hi. Bob and across the employee lifecycle
• Structured, service-oriented, and solution-driven way of working
• High affinity for systems and data, with strong analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills and confident presence
• Very good German and good English skills
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for continuously improving HR services
