The Labor Inspector I position is a full-time Safety Consultant role within the West Virginia Division of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Consultation Program. This role focuses on providing voluntary, non-enforcement compliance assistance, through safety consultations, to high-hazard, private-sector employers.

Candidates are home based and will travel within their area of assignment to conduct safety consultations.
