Lending Services Prep Scan and Index Account Specialist

The Lending Services Prep Scan and Index Account Specialist is responsible for mail and imaging responsibilities. The Account Specialist will process incoming and outgoing documents to make designated loan information available to users digitally by identifying, preparing, scanning, indexing, and delivering incoming mail and other documents.

This role will support the Prep/Scan/Index and Vault Teams. The Prep/Scan/Index area receives and images all loan closing documents, checks, and correspondence to start the workflow in Lending Services.
