Key responsibilities include
assisting residents with ADLs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity, Providing compassionate care and documenting activities accurately while collaborating with the healthcare team to meet resident needs.
Qualifications
CNA certification in New York State. Compassionate, team-oriented mindset. Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
