Job Responsibilities

Check and review the dealing orders, dividend payments and monthly statements to investors Assist in the collation of know your client and due diligence documents Responsible for the set up of ETF and enquiries from fund managers Work closely with auditors for audit enquiries Perform User Acceptance Test on system enhancement and new product Ensure the operation procedures are adhered to regulatory and bank requirements Supervise and provide training to junior staff and participate in ad hoc projects Job Requirements Degree holder in Finance/Business/Economics/Accounting Minimum of 2 years of transfer agency experience Experience in ETF is a must Experience in series of shares processing and equalization methodology is an asset Sound knowledge in Microsoft applications and Geneva is preferred Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" for application.
