Job description
The Branch Manager, Product Support supervises the Parts and Service Departments, supports Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), at an Agri-Service Branch. Key duties involve cultivating the professional growth of department employees and working closely with Sales Management to enhance customer satisfaction. This pivotal role focuses on developing and implementing tactics, initiatives, and strategic plans that align with company values to drive the growth and profitability of Product Support (Parts/Sales) within the branch. The overarching objectives include achieving elevated levels of employee and customer satisfaction, maintaining profitable margins, and supporting continuous expansion efforts.

Pay Range:$83,000 USD to $110,240.00 USD Annually
