Venue Operations Coordinator

If you enjoy coordinating details, working with people, and helping events come together behind the scenes, this could be a great opportunity for you! The Venue Operations Coordinator supports special events across Metro Events’ San Francisco and Oakland venues by partnering with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, safe, and successful experience. Direct venue or event operations experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided for a motivated candidate who is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

This is an on-site role across our San Francisco office and Oakland venues; reliable commuting is required.
