As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in helping SMS Equipment attract and hire the skilled trades and hourly talent that keep our operations running safely and efficiently across Canada and Alaska. We're looking for someone who is service-focused, adaptable, and skilled at building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring leaders.

In this hands-on role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment, support hiring leaders through competing workforce demands, and deliver a positive, professional hiring experience from sourcing through onboarding.
