IT Applications Administrator II (SharePoint & ServiceNow)

The IT Applications Administrator II is the technical owner of applications that are used by Alerus internal and external clients; including SharePoint& Service. Now. This position is responsible to work closely with the applicable Business Unit to understand needs and concerns around the solution. Will use the application's native tools to develop and configure the system.

Responsible to create efficiencies and utilize the system to the fullest and provide user and process escalation support.
