Wellness Coach - Midlothian YMCA

The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking friendly, dependable individuals with a passion for wellness to join our team as part-time Wellness Coaches.

Pay range

for this position is $15-$17 per hour.

Current staffing need:**

• Monday-Friday:** 5:00 AM-9:00 AM opening shift (a few days per week)

Requirements:**

• Ability to work at least two weekend shifts per month**

• Flexibility for rotating coverage

• Availability to work some holidays

DUTIES of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach

Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
