Payroll New Deals Acquisition Senior RM / RM

Narrative Description: Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential payroll companies to support the bank’s payroll portfolio growth. The role covers conducting field visits, assessing company readiness for payroll onboarding, preparing proposals, supporting negotiations, and ensuring proper documentation for all new-deals activities.

Ensure coordination with the Payroll Fulfillment Team and concerned stakeholders to secure accurate and timely onboarding of new payroll deals. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field visits and outreach activities to identify new payroll opportunities aligned with acquisition priorities.
2. Gather comprehensive information on potential companies, including headcount, payroll cycle, financial stability, and operational readiness.
3. Maintain updated prospect lists with clear status, follow-up actions, and next steps.
4. Assess the attractiveness and feasibility of onboarding each prospect based on collected data.
5. Prepare initial proposals, offers, and presentations reflecting the payroll value proposition.
6. Ensure all proposals include required documentation prior to review by the Team Leader.
7. Conduct meetings with company representatives to present QNB’s payroll offering and respond to inquiries.
8. Support the negotiation process by clearly explaining benefits, onboarding workflow, and expected service levels.
9. Coordinate with the Payroll Fulfillment Team to align onboarding plans and ensure proper preparation of required documents.
10. Liaise with Corporate Segments, Retail, and Network Branches when additional support is required for closing a deal.
11. Communicate prospect updates and challenges promptly to the Team Leader.
12. Maintain complete and accurate records for all prospecting activities, proposals, and negotiation outcomes.
13. Prepare periodic updates and progress reports for management consolidation.
14. Track the progress of each assigned prospect from identification to approval and handover to fulfillment.
15. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective companies to sustain engagement and address pending queries.
16. Highlight any bottlenecks or risks impacting the progress of potential deals.
17. Maintain awareness of market trends, sector dynamics, and competing payroll offerings.
18. Represent QNB professionally during all visits, meetings, and external interactions.
19. Adopt the bank’s policies and procedures to guarantee that the bank’s business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as International Standards.
20. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible. Functional Relationships (Work Contacts): External: Payroll Companies Internal: Head Office Departments Network Branches Job Specifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Economics, Business Administration and Commerce (with good knowledge in banking). Experience: Senior RM: Minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant field. RM: Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant field. Skills: High level of judgement, security, and analysis. Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills. Very good management and leadership skills. Ability to manage different tasks and assignments in parallel. Good communication skills. Excellent Selling skills. Fluency in Arabic & English written and spoken. Very good computer knowledge Working Conditions: Office Based.
