Physical Therapist (PT) - Part-Time

Location: Carlisle, PASchedule: 10-19 hours per week

Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT)to join our therapy team in Carlisle, PA.

What You'll Do**

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and monitor progress.

• Establish functional goals and modify treatment as appropriate.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.

Qualifications**

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
