Telemarketing & Lead Generation Officer

Job Title: Telemarketing & Lead Generation Officer We're looking for a customer-oriented Telemarketing & Lead Generation Officer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll connect with B2B customers, identify new opportunities, and support our Sales team in building a strong customer pipeline. If you enjoy communicating with people, are eager to learn, and want to grow your career in sales and marketing, we'd love to hear from you What you’ll do: Make an outbound call to B2B clients Introduce our products and services to potential customers.

Understand customer needs, identify and sales opportunities Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads to appropriate sales team Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.

What we're looking for

1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service or a customer-facing roles (preferably in a B2B environment) Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). Experience using CRM systems is a plus. Organized, goal-oriented, and a great team player.
