We are launching a brand-new property management team in the heart of the Swan Valley , and we’re looking for a dynamic BDM/PM hybrid to be the face of our rental department. This isn't just another desk job, it’s a chance to build something from the ground up with the backing of an established brand. You’ll have the autonomy to grow the rent roll while maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.

Your day-to-day will involve: Business Development: Identifying growth opportunities, conducting market appraisals, and converting leads into new managements. Portfolio Management: End-to-end management of a growing boutique portfolio (leasing, inspections, maintenance, and tenant/owner relations). Networking: Representing the agency within the local suburbs and building a strong local presence. Admin Excellence: Ensuring all documentation is compliant and kept up to date. About You

You are a "people person" with a "can-do" attitude. To hit the ground running, you will need: Experience: A proven track record in Property Management and an eagerness to learn Business Development within the WA market. Licensing: A current WA Property Management Registration (or Real Estate License) is essential. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Swan Valley is a massive plus.
