Middle School English Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for a K12 bilingual School based in Chengdu. This is a full-time role available from February 2026. About the school A K–12 international school in the greater Chengdu area offering IGCSE, A-Level, AP, and DSE pathways (with IB DP candidacy), combining rigorous academics with innovation and practical learning.

Job responsibilities

Teach English to middle school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master's degree prefer) TEFL/TESOL certificate or experience with ETS or IB teaching a plus At least 5 years’ experience in education or ESL teaching; this may be waived for candidates with a degree in education Benefits Salary and benefits Monthly salary for 20,000 to 24,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance 2000 RMB or fully furnished standard apartment on campus Summer and winter holidays Public holidays International medical cover Annual return flights of up to 10,000 RMB Residence and work permit sponsored Professional training provided Free meals during the working days Renewal bonus
