Job description
Job Overview: Job Summary:** The Finisher at Primoris Energy Services is responsible for performing the final stages of construction and repair projects, ensuring a high-quality finish and adherence to project specifications. This role involves various finishing tasks, contributing to the overall aesthetic and structural integrity of our energy infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities:** * Apply finishing materials such as concrete, asphalt, sealants, and coatings to surfaces. * Smooth and level surfaces using hand tools and power equipment. * Perform grading and compaction of various materials. * Assist with the installation and repair of concrete forms, rebar, and other structural components.

Operate small construction equipment such as walk-behind compactors, concrete saws, and tampers. * Ensure proper curing and protection of finished surfaces. * Inspect work for quality and adherence to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards. * Clean and maintain tools and equipment. * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other crew members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Job Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Proven experience in construction finishing, concrete work, or a related field. * Ability to operate various hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Familiarity with construction materials and finishing techniques. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications. * Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. * Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
