Lead manufacturing operations across one or more facilities, driving performance in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. This role oversees daily operations, ensures strong process discipline and ERP accuracy, manages budgets and staffing, and develops high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader with experience in manufacturing environments, Lean principles, and team development. You’ll coach leaders, improve processes, and align operations to business goals while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
