Receiving Lead

The position of Receiving Lead drives hands on leadership to warehouse operators 1-3, assures the safe completion of daily tasks, maintains operational goals and acts as a bridge between Operators and Supervisors. As a Receiving Lead, you will coordinate the activities of workers responsible for picking product and preparing it for same day shipping direct to customers as well as batch orders sent to warehouses.

Organization and ability to communicate clearly and accurately are critical to success in this role. Your day will be spent managing inbound core, verifying truckload transfers and overseeing the team, maintaining safety and accuracy, and fulfilling requests to ensure daily demands are met and processes run smoothly within the department.
