Description RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring a welcoming environment for clients in the store Sharing with the client his/her knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and creating genuine, authentic connections with clients Fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing the creations Building a client database by gathering all clients information Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests IN-STORE OPERATIONAL DUTIES Up-keeping the maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room) Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales Ensuring full stock of merchandise on the floor and transferring from the stock room to the floor as needed OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Trainers and educators Amenity partnership ambassadors Storytellers Local Brand advocates / ambassadors Local event host Tastemakers Models (for our education guides, social media) Brand.
