Job description
The Training Manager builds and delivers a business coaching curriculum for APR's contractor base. Think Nexstar, Service Roundtable, or Service Nation — but delivered by APR, for APR's contractors, as part of the relationship. Topics include marketing and lead generation, sales process at the kitchen table, pricing for profit, financial literacy, recruiting and retaining techs, and operational basics.
Technical training on application, system design, and code stays with the TSAs and our vendor partners. This role is the business side of the contractor's house.
