OR SCHEDULER - Gastroenterology - Full Time

The Operating Room Scheduler is responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and communication of surgical and procedural cases for Augusta Medical Group (AMG) providers. This role ensures accurate and timely scheduling of patient procedures, pre-admission testing (PAT), coordination with surgical teams, anesthesia, vendor representatives, and other key departments.

The OR Scheduler may also support administrative tasks such as payroll, staff scheduling, and general office support to maintain efficient clinic operations. The OR Scheduler serves as a key liaison between providers, patients, hospital departments, and vendor partners, ensuring a seamless experience for patients while supporting regulatory and operational requirements.
