SECURITY THE OPPORTUNITY UHP is seeking two Security Personnel to help support the safety, security, and operational readiness of our 800+ acre campus community in Gentry, Arkansas.

This is an armed security role supporting students, staff, guests, and campus operations in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. We are looking for professionals who bring strong judgment, professionalism, situational awareness, and a calm presence under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor campus property and facilities
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations
• Provide EMT-level response when needed
• Support campus safety, events, and operational readiness
• Maintain incident documentation and communication
• Serve as a visible and professional security presence across campus Qualifications & Experience Required Qualifications
• Ability to stay calm and professional in dynamic situations
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working onsite in an active campus environment Preferred Qualifications
• EMT-Basic certification preferred
• Armed security experience preferred
• Military, law enforcement, or security background strongly preferred Schedule & Environment
• Schedule: Flexible based on campus needs, varying shifts, weekends, and campus coverage needs of campus environment across an 800+ acre property
• Work Environment: Fully onsite at our campus located at 25200 Ranch Road, Gentry, AR 72734 in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment. Schedule: Full-time onsite role in Gentry, Arkansas Compensation & Benefits
