Job description
1.Ensure that quality products are being manufactured to meet or exceed customer expectations. 2.Developing and implementing procedures and systems to ensure products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. 3.Coordinating and driving the Early Product Management, Industrialization process in the manufacturing locations to ensure customers Fitness for Use, and Company cost goals and Process Stability are met. 4.Administering regional complaint system (permissions, reporting, review of 8D process, etc) 5 Performing Internal Ausits, and support plant level internal audit process, including verification. 6.Defining and tracking measures of success.
要求 / Requirements: 1.Minimum of 3~5 years experience in the function of Quality within a manufacturing environmet. 2.Fluent English ( TOEIC>= 650) 3.Understand Six Sigma, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and other QA basic tools. Ability to analyze data and use appropriate problem solving techniques to drive process improvements. 4. Familiar with ISO 13482 and FDA regulations.
