JOB DESCRIPTION: Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available Starting Salary: $62,000-$68,000 Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver meaningful therapy services in a supportive outpatient setting while helping individuals and families improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Why Join Centerstone? $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive salary: $62,000-$68,000 Supportive clinical leadership Opportunity to work with a diverse client population Collaborative team environment Meaningful work that changes lives Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Established community mental health organization with a strong mission and reputation What You'll Do Conduct clinical intake assessments and establish diagnoses Develop and update individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapy services based on client needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members Provide services in person and/or virtually as needed Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and ethical decision-making Respond professionally and promptly to client needs Qualifications Required Master's degree in: Social Work Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy Clinical Psychology Related behavioral health field Current Tennessee licensure as: LCSW LPC-MHSP LMFT Experience providing behavioral health services through employment, internship, practicum, or clinical training Preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services Supervisory or leadership experience Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Compensation Starting Salary: $62,000-$68,000 $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $0.
