Communicating clearly with customers regarding vehicle status and repair needs. Partnering with technicians to make accurate recommendations. Presenting maintenance programs that suit customer needs. Building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships. Representing Hyundai with professionalism and pride. Contributing to a positive and energetic team environment.

What We’re Looking For: 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (required). Strong active listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way. Computer proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized. A polished, professional, and team-player mindset.
