Job description
The Project Engineer / Development Coordinator supports the evaluation, approval, and permitting of new development and construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating due diligence activities, managing consultant deliverables, and assisting with permitting and resolution compliance to ensure projects are positioned to move efficiently into construction.
The position works closely with the Vice President of Construction, Entitlement Manager, Real Estate team, external consultants, and permitting agencies to support successful project execution within required timelines
