Job description
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in hospitality management for young people aged 18-35 years. Conduct engaging and interactive sessions covering various aspects of hospitality, including front office operations, food and beverage service, housekeeping, and guest relations. Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new practices into the training curriculum. Mentor and guide trainees, helping them to develop essential soft skills and professional etiquette. Collaborate with the management team to enhance training methodologies and achieve program objectives.
