Sous Chef - Harbourside Restaurant

Sous Chef, Harbour Front Restaurant. We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join a vibrant and stylish restaurant on the harbour front of Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding dining experience.

Requirements

Assist the Head Chef in creating and developing new menu's and dishes. Manage and train the kitchen team, ensuring they work to the highest standards. Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality. Monitor food stock levels and order supplied as needed.
