Key Accountabilities Committed to support new products with no delay or issue attributed with ops on new product/processes roll out No oversight to SOP when processing BAU, and no overdue in regular review of SOP Reduce customer complaints pertaining to Liabilities & WM Ops due to erroneous from Ops To process the transaction as per SOP, DOA, SLA and job distribution given Able to work as a team and also synergize with one another (load balancing backup Job Duties & Responsibilities Input daily transaction on deposit, investment and insurance product, overbooking and other related transactions thoroughly Perform good control on daily operation, filing, MIS data and documents hand over among branches, others department and CBO Process all transactions accurately, effectively, efficient, on the same day and comply with bank’s policy/procedure and BI regulation Manage quality of job with no human error and reduce customer complaint Perform back up for others authorizer within CBO Check daily recon for investment product transaction Perform and maintain good quality control under time and volume pressure Support any other assignment requested by supervisor to achieve unit/project goals Perform and maintain good relationship within department, as well as with other department and branches Perform timely and proper escalation to relevant party and supervisor for any issue Location: Jakarta Head Office Job: Schedule: Contract (Fixed Term) Employee Status: Full time
